Dr. Emon has been awarded the University Research Scholar (URS) appointment. This appointment includes release time and funding for research on 3D-printed polymer composites for piezoelectric energy harvesting. Appointment period: July 2023-July 2026

Dr. Emon has been awarded the Summer Research Grant & Research Fund from the University of New Haven! The research will focus on the development of an additive manufacturing system to print functional polymers for electronics. Project period: June 2022-July 2023

Dr. Emon has been awarded a NASA CTSGC Faculty Research Grant! The research will be conducted to develop a 3D Printing solution to print functional polymers for sensing applications. Project period: May 2022-May 2023

Dr. Emon won Monte Jade Innovation Competition, 2019 at Atlanta, GA! He proposed a 3D printed smart tire with piezoelectric strain sensors.
